Who should NOT use this service?
Old people. Seriously, we just don’t think they will get it, or use it correctly. And this is not an invite for the elderly to prove us wrong. What is old? 50+. Maybe even 40+. You know if you’re old.
The super young. Why? It just seems safer for all if they just stay out.
People not really interested in meeting someone via sharing. We’re taking a different approach with hitched. We’re not trying to be a directory like service. Rather, we believe that we are all less dismissive of people when given the opportunity to learn about them. And we believe that a great way to learn about people (and have them learn about you) is to simply share.
Liars. We’re going to do our best to ensure that hitched remain a high integrity service. We’re not interested in being the largest meeting place online. We are however interested in how we can become the best online meeting place.
Want an example? OK. You must have a picture in your photo manager of you in the current year. In fact, you can’t use the service until you do so. The photo will be
YOU holding any current calender year magazine you like. It’s a hurdle, no doubt, but if you’re not willing to do this you’re likely not the real deal. We welcome the loss of those registrations and they should continue to be a liar on other sites.
Marketers. STAY OUT!!!!! There is no business for you here.

Is the hitched service safe and private?
Yes. However, you will always need to exercise caution in all your communications with the user community.
Be smart! Do not share financial information and/or too much personal information (work place, phone number, last name, etc...) in your hitched profile or inital commuications with any single user or groups.

Can anyone outside the hitched community see my profile or anything I have shared here?
No way! Only hitched approved registered users get to play here.
We do not syndicate feeds or currently allow any user to post information to other networks like facebook or twitter. Our Terms of Use and Copyrights prohibit any user from participating in any copyingor distributing type behavior.
